South Beach Diet Recipe : Baked Cocoa Ricotta
Ingredients for Baked Cocoa Ricotta
- 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 - 2 teaspoons baking cocoa powder
- 1/2 tablespoon water
- 1 - 2 packages of sugar substitute (to taste)
Preparation Method for Baked Cocoa Ricotta
Place water and cocoa in a microwave able bowl - microwave until cocoa melts.
Add ricotta cheese, and sugar substitute, mix.
Microwave until slightly warm
