South Beach Diet Recipe : Cantaloupe and Wine (8 servings)

Ingredients for cantaloupe and wine

 

Preparation Method

Cut cantaloupes in half and scoop out seeds.  Refrigerated

Add gelatin to water and stir until completely dissolved.

Take off fire.  Add sugar substitute and cold wine to gelatin.  Mix well

Refrigerate until gelatin is a heavy syrup.
