South beach diet recipe : Chicken and Tuna (2 servings)
Ingredients for Chicken and Tuna
Preparation Method Chicken and Tuna
Wash chicken and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt
Melt margarine in skillet and sauté chicken to desired doness. Remove to broiled pan.
Mix tuna, wine and tarragon together. Spoon onto cooked chicken. Top with mozzarella slices and place under broiler until cheese melts.
