Ingredients

Preparation Method

Heat oil in skillet.  Sauté onion for 5 minutes.  Add garlic and peppers, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes

Add mushrooms and stir under lightly browned, for about 10 minutes.

Add tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.

Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
