Title : Lamb Patties in Tomato Sauce (4 servings)

Preparation Method
Combine first 7 ingredients to make patties, but use 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
In large skillet sauté patties on both sides in hot oil. Remove from skillet.
Pour tomato sauce, water, and 1/2 teaspoon cumin into skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Return lamb to skillet and simmer, covered for 10 more minutes before serve.
