Ingredients
Preparation Method
Preheat oven to 250 degree.
Beat egg whites with salt until very stiff.
Fold in pecans. Be very careful not to break down stiff egg whites.
Grease cookie sheet. Drop egg white mixture by table spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour. Turn off oven and allow to sit for 1/2 hours.
