Ingredients

 

Preparation Method

Cut pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds.  Cut into 6 pieces lengthwise.

Heat oil in small skillet.  Add peppers.  Sauté until soft.  Add onion powder and egg substitute.  Allow eggs to set for 1 minutes.  Stir.  Allow eggs to set again and stir as you would scrambled eggs.  Repeat until desired consistency.
