Preparation Method

Prepare egg substitute for scrambled eggs.

Melt margarine in skillet.  Sauté onion, salt, pepper , tomato, and chili powder for 2 minutes.  Add egg substitute.

Allow to set.  Stir with fork, and repeat until desired dones.
